A Bridge of Voices
Produced by: Tom Morton
Autism remains one of the most mysterious of disabilities. But increasingly, autistic people are finding paths out of that prison and they are starting to tell us what it is like inside. We introduce you to John, who is 18 and can't speak at all but communicates using a keyboard. To Lindsay who is in his late 40's, is highly articulate, but autistic. And to Damien who has a particular fascination with washing machines.
