I've been a freelance print and radio reporter for 6 years. THE SOYBEAN WARS will be my 5th long-form documentary (I recently received a grant for my current project CHURCH MUSIC from the NEA and PRX). I currently teach radio journalism at Long Island University and I previously covered religion for the Religion News Service and the Osgood Files. I've filed a number of stories for NPR, Voice of America, and several other radio news outlets. I also have extensive print experience with a short-lived column in Penthouse. I write frequently for Wealth Manager, Catholic World Report, Health & Spirituality, and several others. I'm a member of IRE, SPJ, NWU, and AIR.
